What we do

A FREE community vision, eye screening and information sharing program with SOLUTIONS.     

This community program provides screenings for: 

• The need for eyeglasses or low vision assistive devices
• Risk factors for Amblyopia (Lazy Eye) and Glaucoma 
• Signs of Age-Relate Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Retinopathy, and Cataracts   

• Worried about the cost of eyeglasses and exams?
• Unsure about Cataract surgery and everything involved?   
• Interested in discovering if a family member has signs of Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular Degeneration...or other eye conditions or risk factors for Amblyopia (Lazy Eye) or Glaucoma ?
• Screening is open to all ages 2 year and older

Most people will be surprised to learn that assistance with vision and medical eye exams as well as eyeglasses and treatment for conditions such as Glaucoma, Amblyopia, Diabetic Retinopathy,

Cataracts(surgery) and other eye conditions-are available through this community program  

to those without medical insurance, vision insurance, or the financial means to pay.
